We have vast experience working with the defence community and DVA along with third party insurance claims. Referrals are not necessary and all therapists are registered for private health fund rebates.

APDs ensure you are happy with the food you eat, aid in eliminating the feeling of depravity felt with most strict diet plans. Food is meant to be enjoyable, and goals become achievable when you are eating foods you like and not feeling like you are missing out.

Massage therapy is extremely beneficial to busy lifestyles and successfully combats work related stress. Massage will not only aid with mental relaxation but will work on physical symptoms of back and neck pain that comes from sitting for an extended period of time at a desk, computer or from physical labour.
