Professional Background
Rod represents a unique blend of skills and attributes as an acupuncturist. Instrumental in the development of GO2 Health from 2009, Rod is one of the partners and brings an understanding of human development and motivation into the practice.
With nearly 30 years in the Martial arts (Gojuryu Karatedo), Rod brings and extensive knowledge of the eastern arts to his practice. As an acupuncturist, he brings unique insight into the development of bodies, the strengths and weaknesses that patterning creates. As an elite athlete in his own right, Rod has a phenomenal understanding of the human body and whilst extremely proficient in the treatment of muscular skeletal injuries, his intimate knowledge of Eastern philosophy brings a sense of peace and calm to his work, allowing him to excel in the care of depression and anxiety related disease.
His work in the field has led him to treat the Brisbane Broncos, work in various clinical environments around Brisbane until developing GO2 Health as an Holistic Integrated model.
