After completing her Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy over 7 years, Tracey, a mother of three creative and spirited teenage daughters, is very passionate about natural health and is excited about guiding and inspiring you on your path to vibrant wellness. Naturopathy is an ancient healing practice that views your health holistically, taking into consideration your current and past health, your emotional, mental and physical health, your diet, environment, genetics, work, social and home life. You are more than just your symptoms. Tracey’s aim is to take a detailed health history and support you on your health journey, treating you as the amazing individual you are. No one else lives life the way you do. By supporting your body’s innate capacity to heal itself with a range of naturopathic tools, backed by scientific evidence, that may include medicinal herbs, nutritional supplements, a healthy diet, stress management techniques, lifestyle counselling, iridology, and even flower essences, to balance your body and bring back some vitality to your life. You are worth it!

Tracey has supported Australian defence force members over the last 6 ½ years in an administrative capacity at GO2 Health and looks forward to spending time one on one with her clients. She is currently undertaking a degree in psychology to compliment her naturopathy degree to support her clients.
