Biography

David brings a decade of mental health experience to his practice as a Clinical Psychologist. Originally from South Africa, he has developed expertise working with patients from all walks of life, ages and mental health presentations. He takes a collaborative approach, working with each person to identify underlying issues and develop tailored strategies to support them in achieving their goals.

David’s particular interest is in trauma and addiction; however, he is also experienced in working with anxieties, depressive disorders, LGBTQIA+ challenges and life transitions. David is trained in Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy.

His commitment to ongoing professional development ensures his practice remains current with the latest mental health research and interventions.
