Dr Virja Panday is an experienced General Practitioner committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centred care to individuals and families across all stages of life. He has a particular interest in preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, men’s health, veterans’ health, and Indigenous healthcare, with a focus on supporting patients to achieve long-term health and wellbeing.
In addition to his extensive experience in general practice, Dr Virja has previously worked as an Independent Medical Examiner, conducting injury-related disability and impairment assessments in accordance with AMA and ABIME guidelines. His background in veterans’ healthcare enables him to provide informed, compassionate support to current and former Australian Defence Force personnel, including health assessments and veterans’ claims.
Dr Virja is passionate about preventative medicine, early intervention, and evidence-based care. He values building strong relationships with his patients and works collaboratively to help them make informed decisions about their health and achieve the best possible outcomes.
