Meet the passionate people driving GO2 Health and REFORGE’s commitment to reimagining what personalised care can look like. Our leadership team combines skills across different fields, enabling us to deliver seamlessly connected healthcare for both private patients and our veteran community.
Early in his career, Jan worked in the Financial Modelling team at KPMG in London and later became VP at Barclays Capital. After moving to Australia, he was the CFO of BCU, a Credit Union that merged with Police and Nurses Bank, before he joined us at GO2 Health.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Jan now leads our finance team with a forward-thinking approach to technology and operational performance. By implementing innovative fintech solutions and artificial intelligence, he continues to transform how we work and deliver value across the business. As a dedicated mentor, Jan empowers team members to embrace new technologies and positively impacts GO2 Health’s financial and operational capabilities.
Director of Medical Services
As Director of Medical Services at GO2 Health, Dr Andrew Ramage leverages his diverse experience in military service and medicine. His remarkable journey began as an infantry Rifle Number in 1992, leading to his commission as a General Service Officer before graduating from the University of Queensland Medical School in 2010.
Dr Ramage is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and an RACGP Medical Educator for ADF doctors training to become GPs through RACGP.
Drawing on his Master’s qualifications in Health Management, extensive experience in mental health, registration as a GP provider of Focused Psychological Strategies, and interests in Lifestyle Medicine, Exercise and Sports Medicine, he provides dynamic clinical leadership to our team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care at GO2 Health.
Director of Practice Operations
Jenny integrates her nursing background as Director of Practice Operations and Senior Registered Nurse at GO2 Health. A passionate and enthusiastic contributor to our team, she continually advances her nursing skills through ongoing education.
Jenny finds her greatest satisfaction in supporting patients in achieving their own patient-directed healthcare goals. She understands that modern general practice must balance quality care with sound business principles and skillfully guides our practice to deliver on both fronts.
Director of Allied Health
Kate has grown with GO2 Health since we opened our doors in 2009. She now serves as Director of Allied Health and is our most senior physiotherapist. Positive, inclusive, and solutions-focused, she leads our diverse team of practitioners across various modalities, including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, remedial massage, clinical and reformer Pilates, psychology, acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, dietetics, osteopathy, podiatry and hydrotherapy.
Kate’s passion for functional movement extends beyond her 1:1 work. She’s been instrumental in leading her team to develop innovative programs, including: Australia’s Leading REFORGE Veteran Pain program.
Business Manager – Operations.
Dan brings 16 years of Australian Army service to his role as Business Manager of Operations at GO2 Health. His dedication to supporting military veterans’ transition to civilian life centres on fostering self-discovery and introspection throughout their journey.
With expertise in mental wellness, education and employment, Dan has pioneered scholarship and mentoring programs and developed industry-specific initiatives in cybersecurity. His leadership experience includes significant roles as Chairperson of Trojans Trek, Head of Wellbeing, Director of Strategy and Innovation, and National Director of Health and Wellbeing.
Dan combines his practical experience with strong academic credentials, holding a Master’s in Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Practices. At GO2 Health, he applies this comprehensive background to support our business operations and mental health team, leveraging his unique understanding of both military and mental health contexts.
Head of Business Development
Kelly is an award-winning communications professional who specialises in strategic brand management. At GO2 Health, she drives our brand and communications strategy to enhance how we connect with and support our community and is passionate about bringing our mission of transformative healthcare to life.
A QUT MBA graduate with Distinction in Strategy and Leadership, Kelly was one of the program’s youngest-ever candidates and received the MBA Director’s Award. She also holds a Bachelor of Business in Public Relations and Marketing.
Head of Administration and Front of House
Sarah joined GO2 Health in 2019, starting in reception before advancing to Administration Manager through her exceptional customer service and natural organisational skills. In this position she works closely with senior staff and HR, ensuring seamless operations across the practice. Sarah’s connection to the veteran community drives her commitment to our mission.
She finds fulfilment in supporting veterans during their transition to civilian life and witnessing firsthand the transformative impact of care on patients’ physical, mental and emotional rehabilitation. Sarah takes pride in helping create an environment where every patient feels welcomed and supported at GO2 Health.
