That’s where REFORGE comes in:
it’s designed by veterans, for veterans.

We are Australia’s largest contemporary veteran care clinic, serving over 7,000+ ex-defence personnel and their families.

We know the battle doesn’t just stay on the field; it’s in the transition back to civilian life where the real challenge begins. It’s tough. We understand because we’ve been there.

At REFORGE, we’re not just a clinic. We’re a decade-strong team of medical, specialist and allied health professionals experienced in supporting veterans like you navigate this transition.

REFORGE was created to house all our veteran medical and support services so that you can forge ahead again.

“Our solution provides a proven and positive way forward for veterans and their families.”

Proactive and personalised, this comprehensive program covers everything from regular health checks to accessing community networks and support services.

CVC is available to Gold Card and eligible White Card holders with an accepted mental health condition. (This excludes non liability mental health cover).

A no-nonsense, fully DVA funded* pain management boot camp designed for veterans ready to tackle their chronic pain – head on.

When chronic pain holds you back from the activities that matter most, you need a field-tested approach and a team that understands the mission. Our pain program equips you with scientifically based tactics for both physical and mental resilience.

You’re not a victim. You’re a fighter and we know you’re here for action. Our dedicated squad of healthcare specialists will have your six on the journey.

* DVA funded with prior approval and approved eligibility criteria.

permanent impairment (PI) assessments

A Permanent Impairment (PI) assessment is more than evaluating the impacts of your service-related injuries or conditions – it’s about ensuring you receive the support you need to transition to civilian life. With 7,000+ contemporary veterans in our care, our DVA-experienced doctors provide thorough, DVA-funded assessments so you can access the care you need to push forward with purpose.

DVA claims assistance

From reviewing your ADF medical documents to arranging specialist referrals and PI assessments, our experienced team of medical practitioners and DVA claims specialists will guide you through every step so your primary focus can be your health.

mental health claims

With thousands of veterans in the REFORGE community, our experienced mental health team provides comprehensive, DVA-funded mental health assessments in one location, guiding you through the process so you can approach life beyond service with dedication and direction.
