Amanda is a registered psychologist with experience supporting adolescents, students and adults across a wide range of life experiences. Her approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity and respect for each person’s unique story.
Having worked across schools, universities, community settings and private practice, Amanda helps clients navigate anxiety, stress, mood concerns, trauma, life transitions, identity issues and relationship difficulties. Her work is enriched by her experiences living, studying and working across different countries and cultures, which has shaped her open-minded and inclusive approach.
Amanda draws from multiple evidence-based frameworks, including ACT, IFS, Attachment-Based Therapy, EMDR, and CBT, to create a supportive and collaborative experience for her patients. She believes that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow. Amanda is passionate about helping people nurture their mind-body connection and process experiences that help them move toward more purposeful and fulfilling lives.
Amanda offers appointments on Fridays and after-hours on Mondays.
