Chloe is a Registered Nurse who completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Australian Catholic University in June 2024. She has experience working in general practice, supporting patients with care planning, health assessments, immunisations, and preventative health care.
Chloe provides childhood, routine and travel vaccinations, wound care and dressings, and assists with minor procedures. She is passionate about delivering friendly, patient-centred care and supporting patients to take a proactive approach to their health and wellbeing.
