As an empathetic GP, Dr Anita Chang strives to help her patients with challenging problems, taking time to listen to their stories. She has substantial experience integrating medical acupuncture with traditional Western medicine, offering patients a comprehensive approach to healthcare.
Since completing her Fellowship in Medical Acupuncture in 2010, she has gained AHPRA endorsement and studied extensively under global masters in Chinese Medicine philosophy. She continues to serve as an instructor and examiner for the Australian Medical Acupuncture College, training fellow GPs and medical specialists in this field to service more patients in our community.
Her practice includes various acupuncture techniques such as filiform needles, electro-acupuncture, ear acupuncture, laser acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys social gatherings with friends, cooking, numerology and mindfulness meditation.
