Dr Halina brings international experience to her practice, having trained in the UK before making Brisbane home. Her unique background includes a decade as a Medical Officer in the British Army, where she deployed with frontline units and developed skills in training injuries and rehabilitation at the Defence Rehabilitation Centre.
After her military service, Dr Halina continued working with service personnel while developing interests in women’s health and musculoskeletal medicine. Since moving to Australia, she has completed the RACGP Clinical Leaders program and spent five years with an Aboriginal Medical Service, enhancing her commitment to health equity and holistic care.
With a patient-centred approach, Dr Halina focuses on building strong relationships with patients to understand their individual needs and health goals. She believes in preventative medicine and empowers her patients to take an active role in maintaining their wellbeing.
Dr Halina is available for appointments on Saturdays.
In her free time, Dr Halina maintains her own wellbeing through cross-fit, cycling and spending time with her family.
