Drawing on his diverse medical experience, Dr Kieran leads GO2 Health alongside Rod Martin. Starting his medical journey later in life, he graduated in medicine from the University of Queensland in 2006 at 36 and completed his General Practice Fellowship in 2012. Post studies, Dr Kieran dedicated six years to the Australian Army as a medical officer.
His role managing wounded soldiers at the 2nd Commando Regiment drove his passionate commitment to supporting veterans’ transition into civilian life. He recognises the importance of trust and rapport when supporting patients navigating complex physical and psychological health challenges.
His expertise extends to sports and occupational medicine, and he serves as a CASA designated aviation medical examiner (DAME), qualified dive doctor and orthopaedic surgical assistant to Dr Craig Hughes. With patient-centred care at the heart of his approach, Dr Kieran empowers his patients through education and helps them actively participate in their health journeys.
Please note: Dr Kieran’s books are currently closed to new patients.
