Gabrielle is a Physiotherapist with experience across private practice musculoskeletal care, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and occupational rehabilitation. Having worked throughout both Australia and the United Kingdom, she brings a broad clinical background and a practical, patient-centred approach to treatment.
Gabrielle has a particular interest in shoulder and hip conditions, as well as supporting people with hypermobility to move with greater confidence and control. She enjoys helping patients better understand their bodies and combines hands-on therapy with targeted exercise and education to support meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Throughout her career, Gabrielle has worked with a wide range of patients and conditions, focusing on individualised care tailored to each person’s goals, lifestyle, and stage of recovery. She values clear communication and believes in creating realistic and achievable treatment plans that empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Gabrielle utilises a combination of manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, Pilates-informed movement strategies, and education to support patients in returning to the activities they enjoy.
Outside the clinic, Gabrielle loves swimming and has completed open water swimming holidays through Croatia and Slovenia. These days, much of her spare time is spent chasing after her young kids, leaving a little less time in the water than she would like.
