Kate Gilchrist is an Exercise Physiologist who graduated from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2025 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. She takes a person-centred, evidence-based approach to care, grounded in collaboration, education, and empowering individuals to build confidence in their movement and health.
Kate is passionate about supporting individuals at all stages of life and recovery. She works with clients managing chronic conditions, returning from injury, rehabilitating back to sport, or working towards improved strength and overall wellbeing. Her approach focuses on delivering individualised exercise programs tailored to each person’s goals, capacity, and long-term health outcomes.
Drawing on the latest evidence in clinical exercise physiology, Kate designs structured programs that support injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, strength and conditioning, and functional movement. She is committed to creating sustainable results through progressive, goal-oriented exercise prescription.
She has a strong personal interest in movement and performance, regularly participating in AFL, strength training, running, and Pilates. Her own active lifestyle informs her practical and relatable approach when working with clients across a broad range of fitness levels and abilities.
She sees clients under private health, Medicare (EPC/CDM plans), DVA, and WorkCover.
Kate provides Exercise Physiology consultations and Clinical Pilates sessions at GO2 Health, Everton Park.
