Professional Background
Dr Julie Nguyen grew up in Melbourne and moved to Adelaide to study medicine. After graduating in 2013 from Flinders University, Julie gained further hospital experience at The Royal Adelaide Hospital, St George Hospital and The Sydney and Sydney Eye Hospital. She became a Fellow of the RACGP in 2021 while working across practices in inner Sydney and has developed special interests in addiction medicine and more generally, sexual health, women’s and children’s health, and mental health. Her passion is to provide holistic care to her patients and to constantly learn from them.
Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her dogs and 2 kids, as well as cooking for her friends and family.
