Shannon graduated from ACU with a Bachelor of Nursing in 2020. She spent some time working in disability support before starting her nursing career in Aged Care. This is where she gained and developed new skills and experience in Holistic care and patient advocacy. Shannon has also worked in drug and alcohol rehabilitation, working with patients to meet their goals and improve their mental health.
Shannon is interested in connecting with her patients and helping them to achieve their goals. She likes to build a good rapport with so that she can make their care more patient-centered.
When she is not at work, Shannon can be found reading a great book in bed with her dog, hanging out with her friends and family or exploring other countries. Shannon enjoys seeing and experiencing new cultures, but she also loves bingeing movies at home with her friends.
