From Feedback to Care: CFEP Patient Feedback Survey for GO2 Health

Listening, learning, and continuing to improve your care — together

At GO2 Health, we believe great healthcare starts with listening and providing the best possible care for you.

Our focus has been simple but intentional: to make sure every patient feels supported, heard, and confident in their care. That means creating an experience that respects your time, your health needs, and your recovery journey as a whole.

That’s why patient feedback matters so deeply to us, and why we want to share what you told us.

In our most recent CFEP Patient Feedback Survey, 96% of patient ratings described their experience at GO2 Health as good, very good, or excellent.

This result reflects feedback from hundreds of patients and provides valuable insight into what we’re doing well, and how we can continue to refine our care, for you.

We’re incredibly grateful to every person who took the time to share their experience. Your trust and feedback will help shape the way we care for you and our community now and in future.

What You Told Us

GO2 Heath Patient Feedback Survey

What We're Proud Of - and Why

The survey feedback highlighted strengths across many areas of care, including communication, professionalism, respect, and the way our clinical teams listen and engage during consultations.

When compared with other general and private practices that participated in the same CFEP survey, GO2 Health consistently scored at the higher end across most areas of patient experience. For us, this isn’t about ranking; it’s reassurance that the way we care, communicate, and support our patients is making a meaningful difference.

At the same time, we know that excellence isn’t static. It’s something we work toward continuously, alongside you, using your feedback as a guide for how we can keep improving.

How We're Continuing to Refine Our Care

Improving access to doctors

We understand long wait times to see a doctor can be challenging, so to reduce wait times and give you better access to care, we’ve:

These changes are designed to offer greater flexibility while maintaining the quality and continuity of care you expect.

Strengthening communication with our reception team

We understand that strong communication is essential to exceptional care, and our team are committed to providing communication that is kind, efficient, and timely, so you receive the care and treatment you need without unnecessary delays.

As a result of your feedback, we are:

  • Providing ongoing training for our reception team
  • Reinforcing clear follow-up processes
  • Prioritising timely updates so you’re not left wondering about your next appointment

Managing waiting room times with care

We know that waiting can sometimes be difficult, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our team works hard to keep appointments running on time while ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, thorough care.

Sometimes, a patient may need extra time due to more complex or unexpected health needs. When this happens, our clinicians take the time necessary to provide the right care — because your health and well-being are our top priority.

Please know that every patient is treated with the same care, attention, and respect, no matter the situation. If you ever need additional support during your appointment, we are here to provide it with the same kindness and consideration.

Balancing efficiency with meaningful care is something we continuously work on, with fairness and compassion at the center.

Our Commitment Going Forward

Sharing feedback isn’t about ticking a box for us, it’s about accountability, transparency, and partnership.

As we move through 2026, we remain committed to:

  • Listening openly
  • Acting thoughtfully
  • Continuing to refine how we support you
  • Providing you with the best practice medicine and healthcare

Thank you for trusting us with your care, for sharing your experiences honestly, and for being part of the GO2 Health community. Together, we’ll continue to build a healthcare experience that supports not just where you are now, but where you want to be.
