Professional Background

Rachel is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with a special interest in eating disorders and disordered eating, gastrointestinal concerns and chronic disease prevention and management.

Rachel provides a non-judgemental and empathetic style to her practice and aims to provide an inclusive environment for all bodies and abilities. She is passionate about helping clients enhance their relationship with food and body and ensures each client receives personalised and holistic nutrition therapy that suits their individual lifestyle.

Her practice is underpinned by a Non-Diet Approach® and Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles meaning health enhancement and reducing weight-stigma is at the core of her practice. She applies sustainable evidenced-based therapies such as Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating and Medical Nutrition Therapy to help clients move towards their health goals.
